SCARLET® AC-T

 The screw head is micro-threaded and has conical shape. This feature secures the screw controlling potential risk of expulsion once locked into the cage. The screw heads are completely integrated in the cage. Implantation of a zero-profile implant has shown to reduce the incidence rate of dysphagia.

The SCARLET® AC-T system combines in one implant interbody device and cervical plate. The profile of the implant allows for an anatomical fit between endplates. 

The RHINE Cervical Disc System*

The RHINE Cervical Disc System* is an artificial disc replacement that features a one-piece compressible polymer core design with dome-shaped, plasma-coated endplates and a central-split keel. Proprietary molding technology is incorporated to minimize wear between the polymer core and metal endplates. The system’s instrumentation simplifies spinal surgery by integrating trialing and keel cutting into one instrument. 

M6-C artificial cervical disc

The M6-C™ artificial cervical disc is the natural choice for helping preserve motion in patients undergoing cervical disc replacement. Designed to mimic the structure and movement of a patient’s natural vertebral disc, the M6-C disc is the only artificial disc that incorporates an artificial nucleus and woven fiber annulus. The M6-C disc offers an innovative non-fusion solution in treating degeneration of the cervical disc.  

CP-ESP disc prosthesis

The ESP disc prosthesis was designed for both lumbar and cervical disc replacement. They are made of 2 titanium alloy end-plates with an elastomeric core that provides cushion and functions like a real human disc. The spikes on the outer surfaces of the end-plates improve primary fixation until the bone has developed a solid bond to the disc. The combination of a hydroxyapatite (HA) coating on top of a T40 rough surface provides an excellent bonding surface for bone ongrowth. The titanium alloy used for the end plates allows clear medical imaging and guarantees good bony fixation over time.

Mobi-C artificial cervical disc

The Mobi-C Cervical Disc has been designed for cervical disc replacement to restore segmental motion and disc height. The components of Mobi-C include superior and inferior cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy endplates coated with plasma sprayed titanium and hydroxyapatite coating, and a polyethylene mobile bearing insert. The controlled mobility of the patented mobile core is the foundation of Mobi-C, encouraging height restoration and respect of the instantaneous axis of rotation for a return to physiological mobility of the spinal segment.
